Promotional Shipping
When a reduced rate or free shipping promotion is offered, the order will be shipped via the lowest cost method regardless of the method chosen in checkout. If your order is urgent, we can still ship express and will only charge the difference between the standard and express shipping.
International Shipments:
We will ship products internationally under the following conditions:
1. Australian Visa or MasterCard must be provided. If the buyer is not the cardholder, the individual whose name appears on the credit card must fax a signed approval to 0011-61-8-85325572
2. Payment must be received before order processing begins.
3. Please allow up to 10 days processing of your order.
4. Shipping method will be at the buyer's discretion
7. International shipping laws apply.
Refused Orders:
1. Refused drop deliveries will be credited less a 20% restocking fee, freight and handling charges.
2. A new order is required for reshipment and charges will include a freight and handling charge.
Returns:
1. A Return Shipping Authorization number (RSA) must be obtained from Kitchen Cupboard and is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RSA is valid for 30 days.
2. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. Kitchen Cupboard does not track expired RSA's.
3. Freight on merchandise being returned to Kitchen Cupboard is to be prepaid.
4. Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise at the suppliers warehouse.
5. Non-defective or change of mind merchandise will not be credited.
6. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests are accepted after 60 days of invoice/ship date.
7. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
8. Credit will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise at suppliers warehouse.
Carrier Loss, Damage/Pilferage
1. Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported to Kitchen Cupboard within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. If you have filed a claim, the claim number must be given to Kitchen Cupboard when you report the damage/pilferage. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned.
Mis-shipments, mis-billings, and shortages:
1. Shortages, mis-shipments and mis-billings must be reported to Kitchen Cupboard within 10 days of delivery date/expected delivery date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.
2. Mis-shipments are credited in full upon notification. Any incorrect product shipments will be temporarily invoiced for inventory purposes until the item is returned and credited. This credit will offset the invoice amount. Return the incorrect product.
3. Replacement product will be automatically ordered again as a new order with a new order number. Freight and handling charges will apply on the new order.
4. If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact Kitchen Cupboard and request an RSA#. You will then be contacted and the second order should be refused or the excess merchandise returned, before credit will be given.
5. If it is proven that Kitchen Cupboard has made the error, a Returns Shipping Authorization Tag may be sent to you to return the product freight free. When the merchandise is returned, full credit will be given.
